Product Manager – Raanana
•Gather and prioritise product and customer requirements, define the product specification and work closely with the Engineering team to design solutions that meet overall strategy and architecture of the company’s products.
•Collaborate effectively with our global Business Development, Marketing, Ad Ops and Support teams to deliver winning products.
•Monitor and incorporate competitive performance, industry trends and customer feedback into overall road map planning and prioritisation, never forgetting about post-launch analysis of the product or project.
•Identify risks and opportunities and keep stakeholders informed.
•You have 1-3 years of Product Management experience
•You have extensive Ad Tech background with at least 2 years experience in the Ad Tech industry
•You have excellent written and oral communications skills. You know how to challenge and debate respectfully, while maintaining a low-ego and team-first mentality. You have the ability to drive vision and influence cross-functional teams.
•You able to communicate internally with both technical and business teams as well as interact with partners and clients.
•You are proactive and ready and to roll up your sleeves to ensure that your products meet and exceed the highest standards of customer experience, technical precision, and profitability. You are not afraid to get your hands dirty.
•You can manage several projects simultaneously without losing focus.
•You are detail-oriented and have strong organisational skills.
•You are self-motivated and a fast learner.
•You are analytical and data-driven.
•You are very tech-savvy.
•You have excellent English.
•Experience with SDKs, programmatic buying, ad exchanges, SSPs, DSPs and DMPs.
•Experience with big data/machine learning.
•Experience in UX/UI design process of web applications.
•Product Management experience in a B2B environment.
